Some time ago in the past I had my personal crisis in my pathway. I thought that I’m more rather a failure than successful (or fulfilling) in what I am doing- in my life pathway and the directions which I picked. Due to that stress, I’ve been thinking often how I’m about to fail and I’m not enough worthy to do this. And that my thinking seriously has resulted on action. My thinking has been conitnuous by repeating in my mind that programmed automatically in my subconscious part of brain. I had literally crisis…. until I’ve changed my way of thinking.
The change of my thinking onto more positive ones really influenced on my life, it granted automatically changes in what I am doing. Then I did more research “why some people are more successful, confident and more capable in doing things in their life pathways…?” and about happiness and inner self peace in life generally. Then, after my long research, traveling, studying psychology of nature and practices I came to conclusion that the result is:
Who are you and who you will become is a result of thinking. If you will change your thinking, you will change your life: onto better or worse, it’s up to your thinking which you are trying to seed in your mind/soul. Too many people are convinced that their life will not change onto better one because of who they are right now and how they foresee themselves in the future based on their current lifestyle (example: being poor, fat, not happy with themselves etc.) and especially - have deep down realistic doubt in their skills and dreams where they truly want to achieve. If you will think deeply down that you can’t change your life and who are you, that will happen for real. Because of that, that’s why their lives are as not what they wanted to do and the belief of following dreams and goals is decreasing. It just starts from simple re-programming your mind by repeating 10 positive (any!) things in your life (like I have warm water in house etc.) and standing next to your mirror and repeating that you like yourself… All it starts is to train your positive thinking to work automatically. Within our growth in west civilization, values granted by school and media: our mind is programmed to detect negative things faster than positive (thats why, we are more likely to react on mean things, failure and attacking others, drama). Thinking are almost like seeds. If you will seed your positive thoughs, you will have positivier future. With negative ones (also thinking negatively about OTHERS: like jealously), you will have negative bloomings in your soul. If you don’t plan to soil new seeds, your life will not change.
People have strange thinking about “luck”, “the lucky one” as well as “the happy one” - which is fake judgement about others and that destiny blessed other people and treated them better which caused negative thoughts in their inner selves. That’s why, I belive there are no concidences or “lucky ones”. I am responsible for my life. My thinking, will and actions will decide who I am and will become. That’s why, I think, it also has some influence to what kind of artist you will become.
